Acceptance: By placing an order with Fanfare-Print, you accept and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
 
Payment terms: Payment is due on delivery of your order unless an alternative has been agreed prior to commencement of the order.  All products remain the property of Fanfare-Print until payment is received in full.  Fanfare-Print is a VAT registered company – our VAT number is 206 5265 26.  
 
Sizing: Garment sizes given are provided by the garment manufacturer. They are reasonably accurate and 'industry standard', but are given as a guide only. We are unable to refund or exchange orders where an incorrect size has been ordered. We always ensure customers are made fully aware of actual garment sizes by providing detailed information on size, length etc (within the manufacturers +/- tolerance).  If you are unsure about the correct size, please let us know and we will endeavour to obtain a sizing sample (returnable to Fanfare-Print).
 
Customer-Supplied Garments: We may reject any garments supplied by the customer which appear unsuitable for decoration.  Additional costs will be incurred if materials are found to be unsuitable during production.  Where materials are supplied by the customer Fanfare-Print will take every care to secure the best results but responsibility will not be accepted for imperfect work caused by defects in, or unsuitability of. materials supplied.
 
Images: Garment images are for illustrative purposes only, and may not accurately represent the actual garment due to limitations of the digital display processes, particularly in relation to garment colours. If garment or print colour is critical, please contact us before placing an order.
 
Artwork: By providing artwork to Fanfare-Print, the customer confirms that they have permission to use the artwork, and that it doesn't contravene any copyrights, trade marks or other licences.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that digital artwork is of high enough quality and resolution to be printed at the size requested. We will not be held responsible for poor printing results when low quality artwork has been provided. If you're unsure whether your artwork is of a high enough resolution, please contact us before placing an order.  We will always inform a customer of poor quality artwork/copy as soon as it is identified.
 
Confirmation of Proof: The customer will receive proofs of all design work. By accepting confirmation of the final proof the customer accepts all legal responsibility for any errors present within the design and will be liable for any costs incurred in correcting such mistakes after the proof has been approved.  We will not commence printing until we have received confirmation of the final proof.  Fanfare-Print will not accept returns once the artwork has been confirmed as correct, unless the garment is damaged or faulty (see above).  Personalised and tailor-made items are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
 
Order Completion: Completion times stated are approximate, but we endeavour to dispatch orders within the stated times. Standard delivery time for most orders is from seven to ten working days from confirmation of design proof.  Turnarounds are stated in terms of working days (Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays). If you require your order by a specific date, with a tight deadline, please make us aware prior to placing your order (this may incur additional cost).  It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that all contact details are correct.. Very occasionally delays occur which are outside our control. We cannot be held responsible for supplier delays but will always keep customers fully informed.
 
Garment Care:  We advise that personalised garments are washed on a cool 30 degree wash, inside out, and always iron the garment inside out. Also, do not tumble dry or dry clean any printed garments.  We cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused by incorrect care/washing/ironing unless it is due to the product being faulty.
 
Faulty/Damaged Goods: Any faulty and/or damaged goods supplied should be returned to us within 7 days of receipt with full and precise details as to the nature of any fault. The customer must in those circumstances produce the faulty or damaged goods so as to enable us to inspect the same. In that event, any faulty or damaged goods will be replaced. Please note that no claim of faulty or damaged goods will be considered after the expiration of 7 days and/or in the event that damaged goods are not returned as requested.
 
Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fanfare-Print will not be held liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of any materials or products provided by them.  This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of damage to property and claims of third parties.
